I found a nice and beautiful picture of crocheted handbag from a Russian website. Unfortunately, the link given is not exist anymore..so I just need to decided to crochet a handbag that looks almost like it for my customer. I am using 100% acrylic yarn of Minlon, hook 2.5mm and 3.0mm for the flowers. I did make a lining for the bag too...hopefully the owner satisfied with this..phewww~~~
For December 2014 till January 2015, I joined a crochet charity programme with GENG KOPIAH AMAL through Facebook. Each of us set our own target to crochet a kopiah to be donated to the orphanage.
I used 100% acrylic yarn Nona & Minlon brand in white & dark blue colour, hook 3/0. Using a simple hat pattern, we are need to meet the size 21" circumference and 6" height. Well, until this date I had 8 pcs, and 9th is in progress.See you soon~~~♡♡♡
Looks like it more than a month I didn't post up in this blog..just to finish some of the customer's orders. One of it is this knitted baby hat and crocheted baby blanket. I'm using 4 balls of Milk Cotton 100gm (purchased from Cottonhouse Store) and knitting needle 4.0mm together with crochet hook 4.0mm. I'm just using a simple dc pattern and finish up with shell stitch for the blanket edging. While for the hat, I choose simple fern stitch for the edging and tie up using white ribbon. Now, it's ready to be packed up and send to her owner ♡♡♡
Using half ball of economy cotton aran in regal blue with some of light brown, I hope this gift will give warm and happy feeling to the baby.
This cardigan was done few days before. As requested by the mummy that wants a cardigan with name.I'm using 2 balls of economy cotton aran in light yellow and some in light brown, hook 4.5mm. I tooks me about 2 weeks to complete due to time restraint. Hopefully the mummy n the baby likes it.
Remember I post a few months ago about Sweet Pink Baby Cardigan? Now I present you the matching mummy's cardigan for the sweet mum. Using the same colour & material as the baby's, I'm hoping both mummy & baby will be happy using it. I am using pattern from Garnstudio, 10 balls Daisy Baby Wool 50g Mix Pink from Cottonhousestore and hook 3.5mm.
These are some of my early projects when I first had my hand on crochet and knitting. The beanie hat is adult size, using 100% acrylic Minlon Chunky yarn. The turtleneck sleeveless vest was knit by using mohair yarn and glittering yarn. The rose filet notebook cover is special for my sister, using Minlon yarn too. Although it were made about more than 5 years ago, but it were safely kept at my parent's house. I accidentally found it this evening and decided to snap some pictures for the memories.
Using shell stitch pattern I came out with this vest. I am using mohair acrylic yarn which is quite hairy and warm for cold weather. This size fits for 2 year old baby.
My dad gave me few bananas last week for his grandson. Unluckily, my son did not want to eat banana anymore..haiyaa!!! So I have to think of a solution to finish the bananas. After few clicks on the net, I've found this simple recipe for Banana Oat Cookies. Just need two main ingredients, then..ta daaa!!! For your information, it is not hard and crunchy as the other cookies, it is soft and chewable..yummy!!!
Made from 100% acrylic yarn and using puff stitch, this vest is suitable for baby aged from 1 year. Warm and sweet for the baby. Loving it!!!
Just finished this sweet pink cardi for my friend's daughter. I use mixed wool, cashmere and silk yarn and some acrylic yarn for the name and flower. I love the textures of the yarn, it is soft, warm and shiny. Hopefully she'll wearing it with a smile.
It's baking time again!!! Today I decided to bake a simple yet delicious date cake as my dates stock for Ramadhan still left one box in the fridge. I use the recipe from Dapur Ummi ..simple and thr ingredients are easily found in my kitchen. Some more you don't have to use mixer, just a blender and spatula. Yummy!!!
As the whole world getting to the end, more wars happened in every corner of the world. This was my first time making this Arab bread or Puri bread. By referringvto this blog Warisanbondaresipi I'm successfully did it. Just a few ingredients and...ta daaaa!!! It is great to combine Puri bread with curry or do it in my way..with hot sambal. Heavenly delicious!!!
After 31 years..at last I did bake my own, my first cake without any help from mummy. And guess what?? I did a nice cake even though it quite thin because I use wrong bake pan size..Well it's ok as long as it is delicious. Just a simple recipe and easy to make. Looking forward to bake more cakes in future ♡♡♡♡♡~~~
Craving for something that require me to drive out is really tiresome.So I decided to make my own bun from scratch..hihi..just a plain bun for testing and to my surprise it really work out!!! Only the first tray of bun is not brown enough but the taste is just like the one sold at bakery..hihi..In future I'll make sure I put some filling to enhance the taste..hihi..♡♡♡♡♡
Few days before Eid Mubarak I decided to make my signature cookies..SnowBall Cookies or Biskut Mor in Sarawak language. It was a simple cookies consist of wheat flour, icing sugar and ghee butter. And you don't need a mixer to do the kneading..just use your barehand. It quite easy, quick, simple but yet delicious. Of course this is my favourite Eid Mubarak's cookiee ever.
These are special for my litrle nieces. At first I just want to try the pattern but finally I decided to give them some gift.

This is my customer's order. Managed to finish it within 2 weeks. Hopefully she loves it. I just use dc as my main stitch and the measurement is according to the real shirt and pant.
I am managed to finished this within 24 hours as the customer wants it before this 20th. As this hat was completely finished, now I'm m9ve forward to finish the matching cardigan ang pants. Oh my!!!
After some ups and down, I've managed to finish this Granny Square Mini Handbag. This size fits a purse and mobile phone and suitable for dinner occasion or any cocktail party. Who needs a big bag for a party right?
Finished my special Granny Square Top yesterday. Ready to wear during this hot summer day. Combining crochet workpiece and fabric was really exciting. Looking forward to produce more in future.
I'm thinking of making a granny square bag using this hope bloom flower ( http://www.crochetme.com/blogs/inside_interweave_crochet/archive/2014/06/05/hope-blooms-tutorial.aspx), put up some leaves and scs and dcs adjustments until it become a granny square. For the time being, I've done until the leaves only. Hihi..will update soon.
Finally I've finished this brimmed baby cap. I put sone of fpdc stitches at the bottom end of the cap before the brim. It is made up from 100% cotton yarn and 4/0 crochet hook.
Using a chocolate recipe and baked using Happycall double sided pan and turn out to be a chocolate brownies. It was quite fast baking using the pan.It only tooks me about 6 minutes (3 minutes each side) to bake perfect deliciously brownies. I guess I would do it again in future.
This is my 1st time doing a baby converse booties. Quite messy but still ok for the first time..huhu...in future I should use acrylic yarn to get more firmer and tighter form.For this one I used 100% cotton. Well done!!

Finished crocheting an adult kufi for my brother. Just using the basic pattern for hat but add up a little bit of colour to form a pattern. Love it!!!
I decided to make my own oat choco. The looks may not the same as Oat Choco but I love the taste. Only in future I might try baking instead of refrigerate it. It just need 3 ingredients : Nestum, Instant Oat & Cooking Chocolate. By the way I put a little warm water.
Just finished crocheting this drinking bottle cover in pink for my ex housemate..Hopefully she will love it. This time I try to do tulip stitch by doing 5 dc in a st but it turns out not nice (as in view) so I decided to use 3 dc instead. It give more pretty tulip (or should I say it as A Flower Bud?) Hihi

Another attempt using Happycall pan.This time I try to make mini pizza by using bread and sweet onion and substituting the cheese with cream cheese..Unfortunately the cream cheese were not melting like cheddar...haha..any how it still nice because the bread were tasted like a toast..hihi

Just finished crocheting booties for my 11 month old son...I saw some of the pattern from the web so I decide to give a try without any pattern..hihi..guess it turns out pretty ok.
Beside baby set, I also love to make baby blanket...love to see babies cuddle warmly inside it..
